Users are the system users that would be accessing the xLytix system for its various functionalities.

Create Users #

1. Click on Settings tab on the main navigation bar on the left side of your screen and click on Users. Click on + Create button.

2. Enter the first and last name of the user along with email and initial password.

3. Set the validity of the user by selecting end date. You can also select if the user should be Dialog User or Service user by clicking on the toggle.

4. Click on Subscription+ button to assign subscription to the user from the subscriptions drop down menu. Select the Role to be assigned to the user. It can be predefined or custom created role.

5. Select the date for the user access validity and click on + Create button.

Edit Users #

1. Click on Settings tab on the main navigation bar on the left side of your screen and click on Users.

2. Select the user and click on Display User button from the list to edit its settings and click on Edit button.

3. Make the desired changes and click on Save button.

Reset User Password #

1. Click on Settings tab on the main navigation bar on the left side of your screen and click on Users.

2. Select the user and click on Reset Password button. Enter the new password twice

3. Click on Save button.
