The Data Dialogue feature in xLytix allows users to interact with data using natural language queries. It enables users to ask questions related to data (e.g., trends, comparisons, summaries) and receive instant insights without building reports or dashboards. 

This feature helps in: 

• Quick data exploration  

• Self-service analytics  

• Reducing dependency on report creation  

Accessing Data Dialogue  #

1. Login to xLytix  

2. Navigate to Home from the left panel  

3. Select the required Space  

4. Locate the Ask DataDialogue section on the Home screen  

Asking Questions Using Data Dialogue  #

Steps to Ask a Question 

1. Enter Your Query 

• Click on the input field under Ask DataDialogue  

• Type your question  

Example Questions: 

• How many active users do we have?  

• Show sales by region  

• What is the revenue trend for last quarter?  

2. (Optional) Use Voice Input 

• Click on the “Mic Icon”  

• Speak your query  

3. Submit the Question 

• Click on Ask → button  

4. View Results 

• The system processes the query  

• Displays results such as:  

• KPIs  

• Charts  

• Summaries  

5. Access Conversation History 

• Click on Conversation History  

• View previously asked questions and responses
